In the US, TikTok Shop affiliate requires you to be 18+, US-based, have at least 1,000 followers, and pass ID and age verification (TikTok Shop).
Under 5,000 followers you enter a 30-day pilot with limits. Graduating requires 5,000 followers plus 30 days in the program, or passing a probation quiz at TikTok's discretion (TikTok Shop).
Separately, TikTok Creator Rewards needs 10,000 authentic followers and 100,000 views in the last 30 days, on a personal (not business) account (TikTok).
